To me success is a never ending journey. A journey marked with milestones of small achievements, initiatives and innovations that make good business sense and add to the value of the society. There was very little finance on hand, and the rest had to be borrowed. The going was tough but for me and for my team was tougher, and hence we lasted. There were teething troubles and hick ups in the start but we learnt from our mistakes and grew. We did succeed, but did not stop, because….

Again there were a number of problems at the time, but we faced them bravely and overcame them to make ourselves an example of success but….

We are now moving from strength to strength. The Market Channel partners are working hard to get maximum Market share, The R & D is working hard to develop new products and better processes, The production is looking towards better quality and lower rejections. Together our team is working to bring still better days to succeed, because….Success is a never ending journey…..
I, with my team am strategizing to grow and diversify into new areas and see to it that we never stop. The leaders in my team share the attitude and deliver every time. We have expertise, goodwill and the enthusiasm and I am sure we will still put a number of milestones on the journey because….
