Al Otaiba Enterprises has signed a cooperation agreement with CNIA to provide security authorization and access cards, and to meet other needs and requirements for security procedures at critical sites.The total value of the agreement is Dh147 million.The agreement was signed by CNIA's Director-General of Staff, Brigadier Engineer Muhair Ali Al Khateri and Sultan Al Otaiba, Chairman of Al Otaiba Enterprises, at Idex 2009.
